Lero Lero

Behind the French brand is founder Andrea, who grew up in the mountains of Peru in a family of artisans. Her brand combines traditional Peruvian knitting craftsmanship with loving design for children.

"Lero Lero" is an expression that children in Latin America use to playfully tease each other and invite them to play– similar to a cheerful "see you soon, catch me if you can!". This playful spirit is precisely what defines the brand.

Each piece is hand-knitted by Peruvian artisans under fair trade conditions– from natural materials such as alpaca wool and cotton. Due to the handmade nature, no two cuddly toys are exactly alike.

Alpaca wool is exceptionally soft and temperature-regulating. It contains very little lanolin (wool grease) and is therefore considered particularly skin-friendly – even for sensitive children's skin. The teddies come in the natural colours of the wool, from off-white to warm brown.

The Doudou is a soft cuddly toy with an integrated pacifier holder. This way, the pacifier is found more quickly – and the familiar companion is right there, for falling asleep or on the go.
