§ 1 Organizer

The organizer of the prize draw is Minilou GmbH, Vogelbachweg 4, 8800 Thalwil, Switzerland (hereinafter "Organizer" or "Minilou"). Contact address for all inquiries regarding the prize draw: social@minilou.ch.

§ 2 Promotion Period

The prize draw begins on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 00:00 CEST and ends on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 23:59 CEST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

§ 3 Eligibility

Eligible participants are all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and reside in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Employees of Minilou GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. In case of suspected manipulation, multiple entries via different accounts, use of fake profiles, or other violations of these terms and conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from the prize draw.

§ 4 Participation

Participation takes place via Instagram. The requirements for valid participation are: (1) follow the Instagram account @minilou.ch, (2) like the prize draw post, and (3) leave a relevant comment under the post. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services from the Organizer.

§ 5 Prize

The prize is 1× Trigonos Kernel in the color Kreema, valued at CHF 185.–. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is not transferable to third parties.

§ 6 Drawing & Notification

The winner will be drawn on Thursday, June 4, 2026, randomly from all valid entries. Notification will be sent via direct message (DM) on Instagram. If the winning person does not respond within 7 days of notification with the information required for shipping, the claim to the prize will expire, and a new winner may be drawn.

§ 7 Handover

The prize will be shipped at the Organizer's expense within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Delivery to addresses outside this area is not possible.

§ 8 Data Protection

Personal data collected during participation (in particular Instagram username and contact and address data required for shipping) will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the prize draw and will be deleted after its conclusion, unless there are statutory retention obligations. Further information on the handling of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 9 Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice, if this is necessary for technical, legal, or organizational reasons, or due to force majeure. Participants will have no claims against the Organizer as a result.

§ 10 Instagram Disclaimer

This prize draw is not associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc. and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram or Meta. The sole point of contact for the prize draw is Minilou GmbH.

§ 11 Applicable Law / Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the provisions of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, to the extent permitted by law.

§ 12 Final Provisions

The decision of the Organizer is final. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. An effective provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall replace the invalid provision (severability clause).
