Sometimes, it doesn't take much to create an entire world. A few wooden sticks, a few blocks, a soft piece of fabric – and suddenly, in the middle of the living room, there's a cave, a house, a puppet theater, or a ship on the high seas.
The Trigonos Family is a wooden building toy designed for exactly that. 79 pieces made from pine and beech wood, as well as organically grown cotton, invite your child to build anew again and again. The hard, elastic beech wood rods can be easily inserted into the holes of the spruce or pine wood blocks – easy enough for children's hands, robust enough for large structures. The fabrics have a hem through which they can be stretched. This creates stable structures that are large enough to crawl into, hide, or create one's own little kingdom.
With the Family set, the structures become larger, wider, and more complex: entire houses with multiple rooms, extensive theater stages, ships with a bridge and mast, or cave landscapes where several children can find space simultaneously. What else is created is determined by your child's imagination – today a workshop, tomorrow a market stall, the day after tomorrow a cave palace. This open-ended and free play is at the heart of Trigonos: a wooden construction game that naturally fosters creativity, imagination, fine motor skills, and role-playing. Trigonos Family is suitable for children aged 4 and up and accompanies them well into their school years. For older children, it serves as material for geometric and mathematical explorations. When playtime is over, all parts can be quickly disassembled and stored in the included storage box. It can be expanded as desired with the Start, Kernel, and Maxi sets.
